All products purchased through this website are directly manufactured and shiped from Taiwan HQ. Certificate of Origin / Certificate of Conformity maybe provided upon request.
Global Shipping Times & Destinations
We are able to ship by air and sea to places where couriers deem economically deliverable. Under normal circumstances, UPS or DHL Expedited air delivery will take 5~7 business days door-to-door (excluding production times). Delivery by Sea will be have much longer times.
Customers/receivers shall handle all import duties and taxes themselves; unless otherwise agreed upon. The Incoterms for this is CPT terms. Alternatively, customers are welcome to use own couriers for EXW terms.
Due to current world events many business elements such as supply chains and logistical services are greatly disrupted. Thus estimated time for delivery and time of arrival may be affected. If your order(s) are affected, Moujen may contact you via your confirmed purchase email to notify you about this. Additionally, you may contact us before purchase to ask for a time estimate.
Production Lead Times
Production times varies between product series and quantity. Please see our "Production Lead Times" article for a rough estimate; in buisness days and/or weeks. Then, kindly add another 5~7 expected business days (under normal circumstance) for courier to deliver.
Minimum Order & increment Quantities
Minimum order and ordering increment are both 1 packaging unit. Quantity in 1 pack unit varies between SKUs. Please check the description in the SKU's product page in the E-Store to learn the exact quantities.
For example: 3 pack units in shopping cart for a SKUs that has 4 pieces per packagaing unit equals a total of 12 pieces being purchased. Adding another pack unit will bring the total quantity in cart to 16 pieces.
Payment
Customers must pay CASH before prodcution (either via direct transfers or credit cards). Currently only supported by PayPal. More options are to be added in the near future.
Returning customers wishing for pay installments, delayed payments, applying or increasing credit, must provide Letters Of Credit from cooperating banks and/or credit agencies. Please contact us to learn more.

Moujen Global DOES NOT provide general returns and refunds, except limited circumstances. Please contact us with your questions before purchasing if you have any.
Moujen recommends to always document shipment with pictures or videos before and after transits; to ensure rights and interests are protected.
